A Historic Jewel on the Kvarner Coast

Lovran is a small but captivating town on the northern Croatian coast, part of the celebrated Opatija Riviera. With its medieval old town, Habsburg-era villas draped in wisteria, and a promenade hugging the crystal-clear Adriatic, Lovran has enchanted visitors since the late 19th century.

The town's narrow stone-paved alleyways, fragrant lemon and fig trees, and unhurried pace of life create an atmosphere that is both authentic and deeply relaxing — a true Mediterranean escape far from the ordinary.
